In this project, a local gym needed a way to track goals with assigned point values each day but with 4 different teams. I created a tracker on GoogleSheets that each coach could access to manage their team roster. They could select the goals that were accomplished by each member on each day by selecting from a drop down. That selection would then populate the appropriate point value that sums the total for each member by day, each member for overall contest period, entire team by each day, and the entire team's total points for the contest. There was a leaderboard tab that showed the current status of each team's points with a graph to indicate who was in the lead. All members had view only access to this shared sheet and could follow along each day.
Supplement Schedule Form for Medical Office
A medical office needed a solution for suggesting supplement schedules for patients to use after surgery. They needed a way to have drop down menus so the supplements were accurately labeled without the office staff having to spend a lot of time looking up the available options. My solution to this was to have a two part drop down selection. The first would select the category and the second selects the specific supplement. The form is formatted by time of day so the patient can print and follow along easily. The office staff is able to add notes on each line with any dose or food information that needs to accompany the suggested supplement.
